- Medium weight 6 hook chain in silver 1.15Kg (not pictured)
- Heavy weight 4 hook chain in silver 1.15kg
- Four or six separate chains with ‘s’ hooks on each end
- Standard punch bag swivel at the other end
- Don’t leave them outside for long periods of time
Punch Bag Chains Description
Punch Bag Chains do break on occasion, so this a much cheaper option than buying a new bag. They are especially prone to breaking if you leave your punch bag outside for long periods of time as the chains can rust.
